Thank you for visiting my website and giving me the opportunity to tell you a little about myself and my practice in Tustin, California. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, speaker, and adjunct faculty at Azusa Pacific University. I have experience working with teens, men, women, and couples, and have had success with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, divorce, affairs, cutting, grief, shame, stress, and life transitions. For more details please click here to view the services I provide.

My style is warm and relational. I work in a collaborative way, respecting each person's unique experience of life, personality, and goals. I blend several theoretical approaches including psychodynamic, attachment-based, intersubjectivity, family systems, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing). That is to say, I believe we develop our world-views and the perceptions of ourselves from our significant relationships. My work then focuses on early childhood and understanding how these primary relationships affected the individual's ongoing development and how we form relationships today. I also have 15 years of experience in spiritual counseling, and can incorporate spirituality in therapy for those who are interested.

I graduated from Hope International University with a bachelor's in ministry. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the graduate school of psychology at Azusa Pacific University, where I now have the honor of teaching budding therapists. I did my clinical training at the Center for Individual and Family Therapy in Orange, California. I completed my EMDR training with the EMDR institute.

I am a clinical member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT), and participate in the Orange County chapter.
